You can return these to us in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Personalised items cannot be returned and refunded.

Please obtain proof of postage as goods remain your responsibility until signed for by the Chofard Enterprise and we can take no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Delivery charges, return postage and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
