They importantly set out what we expect from one another as well as providing lots of useful information. So please check the latest version before ordering from our website. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, do not continue to use our website. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Prices and Product Descriptions

From time to time there may be errors or omissions found in the pricing or descriptions of products, we cannot be held responsible for these. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any notice being given.

The colours and dimensions of products are used as a guide. We cannot guarantee that product colours will be identical to those shown on our website due to reasons such as the use of mood photography, changes and variations in natural products and personal computer settings.

Placing an Order

You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site have a valid payment method that we accept and be authorised to use that payment method. We will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card. We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms). If an order has been placed and accepted, Chofard Enterprise Shop will send you an email to confirm your order.

Delivery

Standard delivery in Mainland UK is free and items are sent via Royal Mail or an alternative courier. Items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days and detailed delivery timescales can be found in the Delivery information section on our website.

We will always do our best to meet expected delivery times however there may be occasions where delays out of our control occur e.g. bad weather. In this instance, we will try as best we can to keep you updated.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to discuss or arrange a return or exchange of any item, please email us at contato@chofard.com. Items should be returned new and unused within 14 days of receipt of goods for a refund or exchange. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Personalised items are made especially for you therefore once ordered are non-refundable.

We recommend that you either obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. Where possible please use the original packaging and carefully pack items to prevent damage in transit. We respectfully advise that the goods remain your responsibility until we sign for them at the returns address. As such we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Delivery charges, return postage and gift boxes/wrapping/gift message charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Promotion Codes

Promotional codes should be entered at checkout. They cannot be used to purchase sale items or in conjunction with any other offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order, per person. We reserve the right to withdraw any voucher code, without prior notice at any time.

Small parts can cause a choking hazard. Most of the products we sell are not toys and should not be given to children to play with.
